Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enter my credit card to try it?
No. The free plan needs only an email address. The 14-day Pro trial does ask for a card, and you can cancel any time before it ends.
What happens to my work if I stop paying?
Nothing is locked. You keep full access to everything you've already written, and you can export it to Word at any time. The free plan simply limits how many new documents you can generate each month.
Where is my patient data stored?
Encrypted in your own browser. Our database never holds patient records. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, including what is sent to AI providers when a report is generated.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Recording and transcription work on a phone, and your work syncs to your laptop for the longer reports.
